A Sound Therapy or "sound bath" is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in waves of sound. Intentionally going beyond the physical realm, into a deeply restorative state, we may find a vast ocean between our conscious and subconscious minds.
In this full body listening experience Miesje (Pronounced Meesha) will use crystal bowls and other soothing instruments to invite you into a gentle, yet powerful therapeutic processes that aims to nurture the Body Mind, and Soul.
You will be fully supported and informed before, during, and after, as this is a new experience for most, and can be quite powerful. Let go of fear, and feel the Sound within your cells and Energy Centers.
