A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in Waves of Sound. Intentionally going beyond the physical realm, into a deeply restorative state, we may find a vast ocean between our conscious and subconscious minds.

In this full body listening experience Miesje (Pronounced Meesha) will use Crystal Meditation Bowls and her voice to invite gentle, yet powerful therapeutic processes to nurture the Body Mind, and Soul.

You will be fully supported and informed before, during, and after, as this is a new experience for most, and can be quite powerful. Let go of fear, and feel the Sound within your cells and Energy Centers.
